Aluminium nieten rahmen / monocoque

Hallo,

Ich habe mir in der Schweiz ein aluminium nieten rahmen mit viele teile gekauft fur ein Yamaha TZ250 (TZ350) motor bei ein motorradhändler in der nahe von Geneve.

Ich weis das der fahrer Luc Mermoud war, aber ich suche contact mit ihm weil ich nur wenig details uber diese renner. Der verkaufer (C. Rinsoz) kann oder will nicht behalftig sein. Weis nur das dieses ding auch in Geneve gebaut worden ist rund ende 1973 / fruhes 1974.

Wer hat mehr kentnis von diesen renmachiene die im Sweitzen lauf von 1974 bis 1979 gefahren hat???

After a discution whit my father I can answer are most of your question.

The constructors are Luc Mermoud and Luc Berthet, they builed the frame in 1975. After the race season 1974 with a Yamaha TZ, my dad and his friend decided to build the aluminium frame for the next year. The new bike was assembled with the cycle parts and motor from the old one.

Luc Mermoud was racing the swiss championship in 1975, the mountains races and 3 races on circuits (hockenheim, Ledenon and Dijon) and he finished 8th at the overall. Most of the results are between 5th and 8th. He decided to stop racing motor bike at the end of the 1975.
